In this function you will work our international markets, with responsibility for:

- Maintaining and optimizing the existing product portfolio
- Developing and presenting our products
- Advising our customers on the spot and seeking solutions to their problems

You will fit the post if you have
- Advanced training as a baker/confectioner or as a food technologist
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of bakery products
- A knowledge of the use of raw materials for baking, baking improvers and
  enzymes
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel worldwide

A further requirement is familiarity with the usual EDP systems.
